Towing Dispatch is an
answering service which provides
telephone answering, call-taking and dispatch service for towing and automotive
companies. But, we are not just a typical answering service. All of our
staff have previous towing dispatch experience and go through thorough training
on our system. Every dispatcher has complete knowledge of each of our
accounts, so they can get the appropriate information and answer any questions
your customers may have. All of your information (rates, motor clubs,
accounts, etc.) is entered into our computer system so our call center dispatchers can refer
to it at anytime. We basically take the place of a dispatcher sitting in
your office, but at much less cost.
Our call center uses a fully computerized telephone answering system and
custom call-taking/dispatch software (written by an on-staff programmer).
This allows us to customize our system to meet any needs - unlike your average
answering service, which often require you to fit into their system.
